Hospitality Loans

  • Eligible use of proceeds include: acquisition of existing flagged properties, refinance of existing debt, conversion from independent to new flagged property or upgrade to a new flag, and renovation of existing flagged properties
  • Loan amounts from $500,000 to $10,000,000
  • Long-term amortizations, up to 25 years
  • No balloon/call dates
  • No escrowing of funds for maintenance, repairs or taxes
  • Low down payment of as little as 15% for acquisitions (potentially lower for projects involving a refinance, partner buyout, renovation, etc.)
  • Prepayment penalty may apply depending on loan program but is typically limited to 5-3-1
  • Rates are based on a spread over the Prime Lending Rate. Rates vary depending on the specific strengths of the transaction
  • All customary third party fees apply
  • Business owners must have direct or highly related industry experience coupled with acceptable personal credit histories
  • Typical time to commitment is 5-7 business days after receipt of all required information with closings 30-45 days thereafter
