Payments & Transfers Enhancements


BankUnited TreasurySuite allows for many different ACH payment types:

  • Cash Concentration
  • Cash Disbursement
  • Cash Concentration /Disbursement
  • Child Support
  • Consumer Collections
  • Consumer Payment
  • Consumer Collections/Payment
  • Corporate Collections
  • Corporate Trade Exchange
  • Corporate/Vendor Payment
  • Payroll
  • Tax Payment

File NACHA Imports:  When uploading a NACHA file through File Import or Pass-Thru, the effective date in your file must be set to the next business day, unless your company is authorized for same day ACH and the payment is approved before the applicable cutoff time.


BankUnited TreasurySuite:

  • Permits users to unapprove a payment that has not been transmitted to BankUnited
  • Offers “+Quick Entry” for multi-template payment origination, streamlining and accelerating payment creation from templates.
  • Provides users with a comprehensive payment lifecycle view, showing payment creation, approval, Fed processing dates, and user involvement at each stage.
  • Supports a variety of payment statuses as transactions move through the approval and processing workflow.

Templates migrated as Entered but must be approved before they can be used.

Payment Management: Wires


BankUnited TreasurySuite allows for many different Wire payment types:
  • Multi-Entry
  • Federal Tax Wire
  • Domestic
  • International (USD & FX)

For Domestic Wires 


When creating a domestic wire, certain address information is required. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

  • Address Line 1*
  • Address Line 2
  • City/Town*
  • State*
  • Zip / Postal Code*
  • Country*

For International Wires


Templates that contain a BIC Code will be in repair status and will need to be re-entered/approved prior to use.


When creating an international wire, certain address information is required. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

  • Address Line 1*
  • Address Line 2*
  • City/Town*
  • State
  • Zip / Postal Code
  • Country*


Approval Workflow: If a user modifies the send date after the initial workflow approval, re-approval is required.

BankUnited TreasurySuite:

  • Offers “+Quick Entry” for multi-template payment origination, streamlining and accelerating payment creation from templates.
  • Provides users with a comprehensive payment lifecycle view, showing payment creation, approval, Fed processing dates, and user involvement at each stage.

Transfer Management: Transfers


BankUnited TreasurySuite allows for many different transfer types in a single transaction. Users will have the option to complete the following transfer types:

  • Single
  • Multiple
  • One-to-Many
  • Many-to-One

Recurring transfers are created, managed, and maintained through a dedicated Recurring Transfer Template.


Special Note: When entering an amount within BankUnited TreasurySuite, you must enter the full dollar amount followed by a decimal to include the cents. This is a change from the prior process.
