Postive Pay
Positive Pay default decisions to “Pay” or “Return” if the decision window has closed are based at the company level entitlements in BankUnited TreasurySuite where within BankUnited Lynx decisions could be drilled down to an account level.
Positive Pay users will have the ability to review and decision exception items directly from our mobile app.
Positive Pay alerts are triggered based on specific conditions and/or user actions
If you utilize a customized Positive Pay map, you will need to recreate your custom map. Please review our Positive Pay Quick Reference Guide for additional assistance.
Special Note: When entering an amount within BankUnited TreasurySuite, you must enter the full dollar amount followed by a decimal to include the cents when manually entering a check issue/void. This is a change from the prior process.
