Login & Security Enhancements
Your Customer ID will now be referred to as your Company ID and will remain the same. Your User ID will also remain the same. At your first log in, you will be asked to update your password as part of enhanced security. During your initial log-in process, you will be prompted to create security questions.
Password Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 lowercase letter is required
- A minimum of 1 uppercase letter is required
- A minimum of 1 digit(s) is required
- The new password must contain at least 12 character(s)
Temporary passwords for new users during set up will be created by Administrator.
One-Time-Passcodes (OTP) are valid for 15 minutes.
Single Sign-On Remains Unchanged for Key Services Such as:
- ACH Alerts
- Bill Pay
- e-Statements
- RDC
- ROC
- Account Management

Home Enhancements
BankUnited TreasurySuite users experience a responsive design. Depending on screen resolution, menu options can appear three ways:
- 100%: Fixed Drop-Down Menu
- 150%: Fixed Side-View Menu
- 250%: Upper Left Condensed Menu View
